Daphne and Michael’s love story begins many years ago and it seems as though destiny was on their side. Michael was Daphne’s sister’s boyfriend’s best friend (can you follow that?!)… who is now her husband. The two met and then began dating years later, resulting in a proposal in Montauk, New York as the sun was rising over the ocean.
Their love story continued on the beautiful island of Paros, Greece, known for beautiful beaches and traditional villages. One of the most striking and memorable details from their special day was definitely Daphne’s heart-stopping long sleeve gown with ethereal lace, sheer fabrics, and floral appliqué. The two lovebirds decided to go for a first look and Michael’s reaction was so sweet and so priceless and we were so glad to have documented the way he held her so tight.
The rest of their wedding day was nothing short of magical from the outdoor ceremony to the golden sunset and every single detail by fabulously talented planner The Twelve Events was perfect. The ambiance that the votives added to the mood lighting ended this night so well. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
