The dress: one of the most anticipated and riveting details that a bride dreams of. We love to see our brides get ready and prepare to meet their love down the aisle, which means we get the first peek of her bridal look. Every wedding dress we’ve seen has been gorgeous, unique, and signified the individual design and taste of the lovely bride. Today we’re sharing some of our favorite images from the Athens location of wedding boutique Madame Shou Shou.

We instantly fell in love with the romantic textures and feminine silhouettes of the gowns found at Madame Shou Shou – two signature looks found here! On display, we saw some contemporary and sleek gowns and also some vintage-esque gowns full of embellishments. Oh, and those little flowers for our bride’s hair? How pretty!
For us, a sweet little bridal boutique like this is quite the dream to photograph… we can only imagine how special and beautiful each bride must feel while trying on wedding dresses. The trailing vines plus the organic textures found throughout the space would truly make the experience a once in a lifetime trip! We love to hear stories about how our brides found their dream gowns and most of those stories involve a beautiful shop, closest family and friends, and that “moment” when they found the one (some stories involve a little champagne, too!).
