The Styling
Elvera and Josh wanted a laid back organic style to their wedding, something that would be elegant without being gaudy and would complement their sweet love story. Their wedding day had to be about them and their families, a grand celebration of the love they would look in the years to come. The styling was a combination of romantic fairytale weddings and modern romance. Elvera chose a classic princess dress and Badgley Mischa shows to walk her to her love. The perfect detail? A hand-embellished diamond headpiece that pulled all the stops while still being refined and simple.
The ceremony
The wedding ceremony was held in a whitewashed chapel in the Athenian Riviera minutes before the sunset. After the wedding we took the couple for a walk to let them soak up the post-wedding glow, take some time to their shelves and let us capture the happiness. We’ve found that giving our couples some time to relax after the wedding by simply letting them catch their breaths always ends up giving us perfect natural portraits – our goal when it comes to timeless wedding photography you’ll keep forever.

The love
We definitely love the elements that make each wedding day unique, like the floral design or the personalized wedding favors and setting. However, what we continue to thrive in is love. We genuinely enjoy people who are in love and they decide to take the leap of faith and marry their best friends. You can really tell by the pictures if a couple is really in love. Elvera and Joah were exactly that- a couple so happy to be getting married, filled with energy and affection for whatever life throws their way. Looking at their portraits make us hopeful. Their first waltz in their favorite song lit up the summer sky as they swayed peacefully in each other arms. It’s couples like this that remind us love is real and you accept it you’re off in the greatest adventure of your life! We can’t ( and won’t!) stop swooning!
